Company History
The factory was founded in 1972 as a specialized unit for the production of transmission line and other structures that included surface protection using hot-dip galvanization, within the "Energoinvest" group located in Sarajevo, and was soon recognized under the name of Tvornica dalekovodinih stubova i konstrukcija (transmission line columns and structures) Doboj.
The company became renowned in manufacturing transmission line columns for numerous countries.
Since 1982, the factory entered the production of facilities for vertical transportation (cable cars and ski lifts), which besides transmission line and lighting columns comprised a significant portion of the production program.
Since 2004, the factory has been in major ownership of the DALEKOVOD d.d. company located in Zagreb, the Republic of Croatia, and along with companies from Slovenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Germany, Poland and Croatia, is a member of the DALEKOVOD group.
Over 300,000 tones of various structures have been manufactured to date.
